"Quick help when I figured I’d be waiting"
I had a small problem with my online order and messaged them, assuming it would be one of those situations where you wait around forever for a reply. But they got back to me quickly and sorted it out without turning it into a whole thing.
I also kind of expected the usual copy-and-paste customer service response, but the person sounded normal and easygoing. Pizza showed up just fine after that, so yeah, easy 5 stars from me for how they handled it...

My pizza got here faster than I expected and it was still hot when it arrived. I can’t really say if that’s always the case since this was just my order, but I was happy with it. No real complaints

The pizza was okay, I guess. The cheese was fine and the crust wasn’t bad, so I still ate it, but the toppings didn’t really taste fresh. The peppers and mushrooms especially felt like they’d been sitting around a while. For the price, I was hoping for something better. I wouldn’t say it was terrible, but I’m probably not in a rush to order it again.

"Honestly a solid gluten-free find"
I was pleasantly surprised by this gluten-free pizza. It tasted good and definitely hit the spot. I just wish there were a few more topping options, but overall I’d happily get it again

I grabbed a couple pizzas the other night because I didn’t feel like cooking, and they showed up looking decent. The crust was fine, everything tasted fresh enough, and after a few slices I realized the toppings were actually spread out well. Not overloaded or messy, but enough that you weren’t getting those plain bites every other slice. One pizza could’ve used a few more mushrooms, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but for the price I thought it was fair. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Cheese was just okay"
Grabbed a slice and it was... fine. Not bad, not amazing. The cheese melted decently, had that little stretch when I took a bite, but the flavor didn’t really go anywhere for me. Kind of flat. A little oily too, at least on my slice.

I’d still eat here again if I was in the area. It wasn’t a bad pizza or anything. Just average. Next time I’d probably throw on some extra toppings so there’s a bit more going on.

The location really isn’t convenient for me, so it ended up being more hassle than I expected. When I reached out to support, I felt like they were kind of blaming me for not realizing that sooner, which didn’t help the experience.

The pizza is usually good , no complaints there. Delivery tho has been kinda hit or miss for me. Sometimes it shows up right on time , other times it’s like 20 or 30 minutes late and there’s barely any update. Not a huge deal but it gets annoying when you planned dinner around it. I’d still order again , just probably not when I’m in a hurry

I tried placing an order through escapefromnewyorkpizza.com, i kind of regret not reading reviews first. The menu was super slow on my phone, and after I spent time picking toppings, my cart randomly emptied, which was really frustrating.

Checkout did eventually go through, but I never got a clear pickup time, just a basic confirmation. The pizza itself was okay, but the whole online ordering process made it way more stressful than it needed to be.
